All orders will be shipped pursuant to the delivery details provided by you at check out. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate.
If you have provided incorrect delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible, within the first 10 minutes after and we will use best endeavours to update the delivery address. After this time, we will unfortunately be unable to amend the address. Please note that we will not be liable for non-delivery or delayed parcels due to incorrect details and you may be charged a re-delivery fee if the Order needs to be re-delivered.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at Info@primalpursuit.com.au and we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
How to Return or Exchange a Product?
Primal Pursuit aims to provide high-quality products and we hope you love what you order from us. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. You can return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase. The returned product should be unused with all the tags and labels intact. We will process the refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned product. Please note that the shipping charges are non-refundable.
